​I have not worked out for a lot of years and Stefan met with me and understood what I was looking to achieve and my concerns about possibly getting hurt. He was accommodating on meeting my workout time and pushed me enough get me into shape but knew when to stop. I feel stronger than I have in years and have stopped gaining weight (actually losing)! Choosing Stefan was the best choice for me.

Stefan is awesome. Workouts are fun and varied. He is always able to answer questions or give workouts that you can do at home with little to no equipment!

​Training with Stefan at Discipline has been a God send for this old fellow. His expertise is comprehensive, varied and challenging. At 69 he's got me pressing 240 lbs, 3000 jump ropes and numerous areobic/anaerobic challenges. Life is good with this talented and focused professional.

​There are trainers and there are TRAINERS.
Stefan at Discipline Training Studio is a true TRAINER. I don't know of another trainer that takes such a personal interest in determining the right program for each client. The ability of each person is different, so maximizing their performance is Stefan specialty.
When I started with his program, Stefan told me he was going to give me back my youth, now 8 years later and 70 years old, no truer words were ever spoken. It's never to late to start.

​I started training with Stefan over 6 years ago! At that time my motivation was to improve my overall health, strength, and weight loss. After a few weeks of training, I fractured my ankles and could not bear any weight. My improved fitness level allowed my to use crutches without bearing any weight on my legs. After about 1 week (while still in castes) I returned to training. Stefan, in collaboration with my health care team, developed a modified program for me. This in part allowed me to heal and recover much faster. Mentally, it gave me something else to focus on rather than my injuries.
My doctors recommended that I go to physical therapy, which I did. After a couple of therapy sessions I quickly realized I was not getting the individual 1:1 attention and results that I was achieving with Stefan. Physical therapy offices tend to be over crowded and have a limited amount of equipment. I continued intensive training with Stefan and quickly recovered with full range of motion and strength in my legs.
I have worked with Stefan to improve my chronic back pain and to maintain mobility. As a result, I have a decrease in discomfort due to increased spine and core strength as well as flexibility.
Over the years I have maintained a vigorous training program and enjoy every minute of it. Stefan is an experienced trainer, who can modify fitness programs to meet your ever changing needs and physical challenges to achieve the best results possible!
Not to mention, "Discipline" is an awesome, fully equipped, private training facility.
As a health care professional, I highly recommend Stefan and Discipline!

I began training with Stefan 3 years ago in order to prepare for an agilities test that was an important component of a job that I had applied for. After less than 6 months I was able to max out the test. I have continued training with Stefan as he keeps challenging me and forcing me to improve, while changing things up and keeping it from becoming "just another session." I have seen continual improvements in the agilities tests that I continue to take for my job as well as its other physical aspects. It is amazing how far one can go with some work and help from Stefan!

My name is Antonio Graziano, and I’ve been training at Stefan’s gym for a few years, and they have been the best few years of training I have ever had. A few years back I was on a quest to become a Law Enforcement officer, and had taken many exams. I scored well but when it came to the physical testing I fell short a few times. On two separate physical exams I failed the 1 ½ mile run. I was crushed and with my recent failures on my mind I began looking for a trainer, and this is when I found my home at the well-known Evolution Fitness Gym (now known as DISCIPLINE). On day 1 of training with Stefan I explained to him what had just happened to me and went on to say how I would be taking another physical exam in the months to come. Ultimately, I told him I was training to become a law enforcement officer, and that I needed his help. Stefan looked at me and he said “you failed twice, that will never happen again.” From that day on we trained harder and harder everyday beginning the transformation that would hopefully land me where I wanted to be. Stefan had something new for me every single day, and I never knew walking in whether I would be doing push-ups, or flying 360 inverted Michael Jackson donkey kick burpees… but never the less I did everything I possibly could to make sure I finished whatever task he set for me. Stefan never let me give up and always made sure I finished whatever workout he created no matter how tough. After many months of training I took my physical examination for the Police, and not only did I pass it, but I crushed it and got accepted into the Police Academy. Knowing I only had a month or so left with Stefan we kicked it up a few more notches and went to work. When the time finally came to head off to the academy I was walking away fully transformed and ready to go. At this moment in time I am at the tail end of my academy and almost ready to hit the streets. I can honestly say that I would not be where I am today without Stefan. ​

Stefan trains me three times a week. He has core exercises but always mixes it up with different things. It is not only machines but using free weights and your own body as resistance. I have a bad knee and he works around it and develops exercises to strengthen the muscles around it.

Discipline Training Studio is a wonderful environment to work out in. It is a community of people who are friendly, genuine, and caring. There is no intimidation or pressure, but encouragement to be healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally. I train with Stefan twice a week. Since the beginning I have lost fat, gained muscle, improved my balance and coordination, and found confidence in my ability to meet all the physical challenges he presents.
